my friend had you on his face book and i had to peak. as he aware i stood up and yelled at a pastor recently for claiming sexuality as a deal breaker after the church ran adds saying all are welcome! our stories are close but reverse. i really wanted to be gay but and tried every way i could to make it so. i lived in s.f. for 15 years and was addicted to drugs for most of it and lost myself completley. i found myself again with the help of my gay sponsor and friends in recovery, and god loves creatures big and small and those that love most of all. i love you man, thanks

Hey Peterson! Well done ... thanks for sharing your testimony which I'm sure will help many others to accept themselves for what and whom God made them to be.

Peter,
thank you for sharing your story. It takes courage to go
against the grain. Many of us because of our love for Jesus take a path that Jesus did not not ask us to travel
in the first place. that horrifying fear that you might burn in hell. it's when you realize that God's grace is not in our control but his, we start to question almost everything we hold dear, and we question our own motives which i was so happy you brought up. we have to get to the real reason we want to change, for the most part there are many reasons but i believe fear is the common denominator. as you said being authentic is something that
makes you a better person, and people see that. (those were not your exact words but...)
Have a great future, and thanks!!!.
