		<description>It angers me to hear statements like Tony Perkins&#039; saying that &quot;It is a person&#039; right to exercise their moral judgment, not the government&#039; to decide it for them.&quot;  Instead he feels that the doctor gets to make decisions for the patient using his/her conscience instead of the patient being allowed to follow his/her conscience.</description>
