Do Sprigg and FRC favor allowing discrimination on the basis of biological gender?

I suspect they still do, otherwise the Equal Rights Amendment would have passed decades ago.

No more than marriage equality. Several states have employment non-discrimination for gender identity already, like here in Illinois. I've yet to hear an actual complaint.

To clarify, transgender people don't "deny" our biological sex. We all realize what genitals and genes we have. Transexuals deny what our sex SHOULD be. Plenty of transgender people, namely genderqueer and cross dressers and myself included, don't take issue with out bodies. Rather we take issue with the way others interpret our bodies into a binary of only woman or only man.
