UPDATE: Ah, but it looks like they’ll be going back to court, and Garden State Equality seems to think they’re in a better position to win than they were a few months back.

Treating people unequally under the law–to put it mildly–or trying to destroy gay American families–to put it bluntly–is NEVER moral, no matter how many times radical anti-gay activists insist it is.
