The radical and secretive fundamentalist group, The Family, has a house on C Street on Capitol Hill. It is best know as a hang out for pious politicians (Mark Sanford and John Ensign) who are fond of sleeping with women other than their wives.
Today, I stood with a throng of activists in front of their gigantic red brick row house, that has more recently resembled a Red Light District.
The groups Full Equality Now! DC and Foreign Policy in Focus sponsored our demonstration.
I was honored to be among these incredible young activists and enjoyed shining a light on the nefarious Family on the eve of their controversial National Prayer Breakfast.

Good job! We need more pro-equality Christians joining in these protests, too. If I weren’t in California, I would have been there with a sign saying, “Homophobia is a sin!”
