Your piece here did not mention that Matt Crouch is the Ugandan Consul for the US here on the West Coast. We have been trying to identify where his office is as all we have found is a PO Box and an old office listed but is no longer his. Calling the phone, his staff will not give an address, a statement or even acknowledge his involvement in Uganda. Even the primary Consul in DC has no working address. Maybe you will join us in asking the US Ugandan Consul, Matthew Wendall Crouch for his statement on Uganda Bill #18.
