Ex-Gay Watch contacted NARTH’ David Pruden today for an on-record statement.
Goldberg is listed on NARTH’ website as an Executive Secretary and they have a long history with him. In his response, Pruden confirmed that JONAH’ Arthur A. Goldberg was indeed Arthur Abba Goldberg.
I know nothing about the content of the article from Arthur or anyone else. I can say that everyone I know, knows his name is Arthur Abba Goldberg. I’ve seen it on documents, email communications, etc. for years. No secret there.
Pruden is referring to the article we sent him from the South Florida Gay News (SFGA). As such a revelation, particularly on the record, amounts to something of a statement against interest, we give it substantial weight.
Mr. Goldberg has still not publicly commented, although there is evidence that he may be tampering with his Wikepedia page.
May we suggest he simply retires, rather than subject himself to further embarrassment.
He needs to resign and seek Christ, repent and renounce his homophobia (and other past sins). Thousands and thousands have walked away from homopohbia–he can, too!
SOMEONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO WHITEWASH ARTHUR A GOLDBERG’S IDENTITY.
The following can now be confirmed. There has been tampering at WIKIPEDIA to try to make it seem that “Arthur Abba Goldberg” is a DIFFERENT PERSON than “Arthur A Goldberg”. The person registered as “Ann Jonah” changed the middle name of the NARTH “Arthur A Goldberg” to “Arthur Avrum Goldberg”.
Because of this, articles that cited “Truth Wins Out” and “The South Florida Gay News” as sources of the Goldberg fraud were not allowed to report on it at Wikipedia. All edits made to the “Arthur A Goldberg” article and the NARTH articles were “rolled-back” omitting anything mentioning Goldberg’s convictions.
There was stated concern that if they indeed turned out to be two different people, Wikipedia would be held libel; there had even been at least one Wikipedia editor who was indefinitely blocked from editing for citing evidence of the Arthur Goldberg con under the Wikipedia NARTH article, and then reposting his edits after they were deleted.
In addition to the Ex-Gay Watch confirmation that this is indeed the same person, the aforementioned Wikipedia editor has been scouring public sources to show that they are the same person.
In the New Jersey disbarment document(http://www.romingerlegal.com/new_jersey/supreme/d-146-94.opn.html) it says:
“Goldberg was actively involved in community service and in efforts to resettle immigrants from the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.”
In 1995 Arthur Abba Goldberg tried unsuccessfully to use his charity work to try to get the justices to mitigate his disbarment.
In an interview with The Jewish State (http://thejewishstate.net/nov9JONAH.html) the NARTH, PATH, JONAH, Goldberg was described as “A civil rights activist in the 1960s and 70s, and an advocate for Soviet Jewish ?©migr?©s in the 70s and 80s.”

Both the NARTH Goldberg and the Abba Goldberg cite that they have taught at Connecticut University law school. Although the NARTH “Arthur A Goldberg” claims to have been a “Professor” there (which would imply a tenured full time position). The Hartford Courant refers to him as a teaching associate. I wonder if Goldberg exaggerated his position at the University. If he wasn’t a full time TENURED professor, he should have been referred to as an “adjunct professor”.
It clear that they are indeed the same individual. Both have resumes that show they live in the same state, attended the same law university, helped the Soviet Jews. Their resumes are identical because they are the same person.
How many nonprofits is “Arthur A Goldberg” involved with?
Goldberg has “Jonah Inc”. He started PATH in 2003, but has never filed a tax return yet. Also, something weird is going on with all these non-profits in this man’s name. He has: CASE COMMUNITY DEVELOPEMENT CORPORATION (yes, that is how it’s spelled), COMMITTEE FOR THE ABSORPTION OF SOVIET EMIGREES, Jonah Inc., and PATH that I found (so far). Goldberg and his wife are the ones signing the tax filings.
A note on PATH -it uses the address of a single family home (it is in a completely residential area). The address is also listed as a dog training business called, “Amanda’s No Tricks, Just Treats”. No this isn’t April 1st! It’s just that bizarre.
Curiouser and curiouser. This man is obviously slipperier than an eel.
