Well, I for one would like to take this opportunity to thank “christian” fundmentalism, the Roman Catholic Church, the red states, prejudicial media and bigoted school districts everywhere for the millions and millions of dollars of free advertising supporting gay rights and sensitivity to our causes. Just when I’ve seen the heighth of ignorance, another story comes along that increases awareness for gay rights/liberation. Bigotry as applied to the inequality of school proms is nothing new to us, but isn’t it wonderful to know that some school district somewhere won’t let us down every year when it comes to shining a spotlight on us through barring “certain” teenagers from attending their local prom (inadvertantly, I’m sure). So, thanks again!!….and keep up the good work!! :)
