I used to be a Christian, too, now I am a born-again Pagan. Can anyone say “Praise Herne”? lol I just got so tired of living in a state of constant fear as to what would happen to me when I die (admittedly I just couldn’t “get” the whole GLBTs are going to hell, along with everyone who wasn’t their kind of Christian, or atheists, or those of other religions”. And considering I used to be a relatively strict Eastern Orthodox, I can say that, yes, people DO change. Can you guys give me a big “so mote it be” (or even a big 10-4)?

Same here. Born-again atheist for several years. I waffled around with the terminology for a while, and I still use atheist and agnostic interchangeably, depending on what I’m trying to convey. I live as an atheist, though. There is no rational reason to believe in woo, therefore I live as if there is not woo.

It’s quite simple. And seriously? When Jesus left my heart, I was free.
