The Traditional Values Coalition’s linking of ENDA to “religious liberty” and children — illogical, disingenuous and disgusting as it is — still resonates with voters and politicians. TVC launched a new campaign in March called “ENDA Hurts Kids”
Here is some background information on the Traditional Values Coalition from ace reporter Karen Ocamb.
Wayne Besen is the Founding Executive Director of Truth Wins Out and author of “Anything But Straight: Unmasking the Scandals and Lies Behind the Ex-Gay Myth” (Haworth, 2003). In 2010, Besen was awarded the “Visionary Award” at the Out Music Awards for organizing the American Prayer Hour, an event which shined a spotlight on the role American evangelicals played in the introduction of Uganda’s Anti-Homosexuality Bill.
I swear, these people are getting more and more insane.How on earth ENDA will affect “religious liberty” in this country is beyond me. Unless of course, one’s definition of “religious liberty” includes curtailing the rights of other Americans or the “right” to push your religious views on others.

Unless my kids are peeking under their skirts, how on earth would the kids even be AWARE that it was a ‘man dressed as a woman’? How would anybody ELSE be aware of it? This kind of stuff is just stupid, but I’m sure it’ll keep those contributions rolling in, which is the whole point.
