CNN.com has a “Quick Vote” running at the bottom of their page today, which asks the following question: ”Is the surge in gay TV characters ‘bad for society’?”

I dunno, CNN. Was the surge in black teevee characters during the run of The Cosby Show bad for society? And do you really want people’s responses on that?

This kind of nonsense is why I have nothing to do with CNN anymore. Ever since they had that “journalist” from the Christian Broadcasting Network, on staff, a few years ago, I changed channels and never looked back. In trying to appear “balanced” they became “unbalanced”.
Doesn’t CNN have a few openly gay newscasters? and a certain silver fox who isn’t ‘out’?
