Christine O’Donnell is pretty insane, but apparently the GOP nominee for the open House seat in Delaware, Glen Urquhart, is a few bricks shy himself:
Do you know, where does this phrase separation of Church and State come from? Does anybody know? … Actually, that’s exactly, it was not in Jefferson’s letter to the Danbury Baptists. He was reassuring that the federal government wouldn’t trample on their religion. The exact phrase ‘separation of Church and State’ came out of Adolph Hitler’s mouth, that’s where it comes from. Next time your liberal friends talk about the separation of Church and State ask them why they’re Nazis.
Uh, yeah, we’ll get right on that. Here’s video of him saying it:

I didn’t know Hitler spoke English.
But Hitler must have spoken english because the speaker said it was the exact phrase? That history teacher is a tool of the Devil!
You all do know I was being sarcastic I hope…
Last night Bill Maher showed a 1998 clip of a ditzy high-schoolish O’Donnell saying how she was involved in witchcraft for a while and was on a date where she was placed on a ‘satanic altar’ with blood on it. Maybe she needs Palin’s minister to save her from weeetchcroft. This post is not to cast aspersions on the Wicca religion, only that this woman is more of a dippsydoodle than people realize. Maher promised to show old clips of her craziness on his show every week until she agrees to come on Real Time to be interviewed again by him.
Wow, 1998? I just got an 80′s flashback.
Definitely way out there, Gary.
