Other stuff:
1. Who else should we be thanking for the success of DADT repeal? Steny Hoyer.
2. Some gay rights activists got to go see the big Mormon Christmas concert in Salt Lake City. Presumably, they were also allowed to leave afterwards.
3. Is Obama close to making a public statement that his views have “evolved,” and he now supports marriage equality like he did in 1996? Who knows?
4. Peter LaBarbera has some more sad anger bear words about DADT repeal.

From LaBarbara: …”and so you’re going to have a situation where you find yourself faced with this question of your kids being exposed to homosexual behavior in the house next door.” Only if the kids are peeping toms! Besides, we haven’t had any effect on the kids in our neighborhood, except maybe to help them become more tolerant and educated and maybe how to do a fabulous landscape job.
For people like LaBarbera, the sight of a gay couple walking in their front door after doing yard-work constitutes “your kids being exposed to homosexual behavior in the house next door.”
Let’s commission a study to compare the damage to kids from exposure to Christian behavior vs. exposure to homosexual behavior.
