I knew this was going to be fun, after the Fox News “comedy” show Red Eye made fun of Peter LaBarbera and all the other wingnuts crying about CPAC letting the gay conservatives at GOProud have a prominent role at the conference.
Well, Peter has responded, and she is not happy, y’all:
In the YouTube below, FOX Red Eye’s Greg Gutfeld tees off on Americans For Truth (and FRC + CWA) as “gay haters” using all the liberal, elitist talking points on homosexuality. Note how FOX analyst-babe Kimberly Guilfoyle — ex-wife of SF mayor Gavin Newsom — joins the fray, laughing at and agreeing with the putdowns, and arrogantly dismissing pro-family complaints about CPAC. I would have hoped that Guilfoyle, with all her legal training and Catholic schooling, would have at least challenged Gutfeld’s sophomoric thesis of Moral-Opposition-to-Homosexuality = “Hate” — even if only as a sop to FOX’s millions of faith-based viewers — but apparently that’s too much to ask.
Yep, Fox News made fun of you.
Ohhhhhh, gigglesticks!

The ironic coal burning in the midst of dying flames is this:
“TAKE ACTION: Ask FOX “Red Eye” and Greg Gutfeld to stay true to the network’s “fair and balanced” slogan rather than belittle pro-family advocates using liberal, mocking talking points.”
I love it! The minute Fox news turns on you, you take a liberal “fair and balanced my a*s” stance.
The hypocracy is amusing at best.
Just think how mad Petey would be if Gutfeld was actually funny.
Okay. How many of u sent Peter an email telling him about what Gutfield did? I for one made sure to do so. LOL
I love when Peter climbs up on his cross.
So, I was just banning a handful of white supremacists the other day from a facebook group I started, and I noticed something interesting. Just like Labarbera here, they don’t think that separatism equals hatred either. Apparently a lot of skinheads, racialists etc think that separatism is a method for peace and continuing cultural traditions. This is of course not true, as anyone can clearly see if we look back at segregation and the fight for integration, but what I find interesting is that it’s the EXACT SAME SITUATION as Labarbera’s crap. They think keeping gays and straights separate of gays in the closet will bring peace between the two groups, they claim they’re just trying to keep pure “traditional marriage”, and they constantly complain that separatist views are being misjudged as hatred. One of the people I argued with called me a bigot for not tolerating intolerance. When I was a fundamentalist christian, we said that all the time, that liberals don’t tolerate intolerance and are therefore intolerant. I seriously don’t think I’ve ever seen an anti-gay argument that isn’t EXACTLY the same as racist arguments. Really now, I wish someone could get these people to answer me this. In what way is claiming opposing homosexuality is not heterosexist hatred different from claiming separatism is not racist hatred?
Mmm, Barbarella’s tears taste like candy.
