CNN reports that Rep. Michele Bachmann, the chair of the House Tea Party caucus, is “increasingly serious” about jumping into the Republican presidential field.
“Bachmann has already met with prominent interest groups and well-placed officials in early caucus and primary states of Iowa and South Carolina, where both Tea Partiers and Republican regulars have been impressed by her easy rapport with conservative crowds. The trips are having an acute impact on Bachmann’s thinking about the presidential race, those around her say.”
Michele Bachmann really trying to run for preznit? Is it Christmastime?!

Oh,

Boy, this gets better all the time. The road show that is the Republican run up to the campaign is breathtaking. Michelle Bachman? Does that mean that our national twit, Sarah Palin, won’t be able to run? After all, two such nimrods in one campaign is almost too much to hope for. How would they differentiate themselves from each other, let alone, from the likes of The Huckster, etc? The lies told and the distortions they’d have to spin would be the most sensational entertainment. I say, “GO FOR IT!”
She wont run….the democrats are not THAT lucky.
But those eyes…creepy. She is creepy. Way past being funny creepy. One can laugh (with oh, oh so many reasons) at Palin, and her lack of education and experience, but I don’t question the igloo trash dingbats SANITY (prayers for protection against witchcraft attack aside). But this woman…she seems to me to be as crazy as a s**t house rat (old southern expression…and, yes, THAT is what their eyes look like)
I would say if sarah palin ran again she would need the prayer against witchcraft but Michelle Bachmann is not a witch anymore…or was that another crazy wingnut?
Is this the s**t-for-brains who said the founding fathers ended slavery?
@Scott — yes, she said something like they fought against it when in fact most of them owned slaves. Last night Bill Maher was talking about this. He wants them to keep talking and hopefully run, for a comedian she and palin are an endless source of material for comedy. Although i think the general american public is fairly gullible and EXTREMELY uninformed if not down right stupid, i can’t imagine even them voting these whackos into the oval office. But the fact that even won ANY political post is chilling and frightening!
PS…She’s got them bad eyes like a Gypsy!

This dumb-as-a-rock, bat s**t crazy lying woman just won a straw poll in Ames IA !! What does that say about many people in Ames Iowa?
John, it probably says they are as dead wrong as they usually are. In 1987 they picked Pat Robertson; the upside of that selection is that hurricanes have steered clear of Iowa ever since.
