Here is how these “rabbis” describe their nauseating video:
Sunday May 24th, 2009, an Emergency Conclave of the “Rabbinical Alliance of America” banned voting, supporting or honoring any politicians who support the homosexual agenda. Spokesman Rabbi Yehuda Levin appealed to Jewish Orthodox organizations, Agudath Israel, OU, etc., to join in the ban. Similarly, the Rabbis of appealed to Christian denominations such as: “The Southern Baptist Convention”, “The National Catholic Conference of Bishops” and Pope Benedict to issue similar bans.
As a Jewish person, there are no words to register my disgust with such arrogant, hypocrites who have no memory of history. This pathetic group of intolerant fanatics posing as “holy men” is a disgrace to religion in general and Judaism in particular. All people of conscience, particularly Jews who remember the terrible results of such hate, should speak out and condemn such rhetoric.
The big question: Did such blatant calls for how sect members must vote violate the tax-exempt status for any of the “rabbis” taking part in this heinous video? If you are a lawyer who thinks there is a potential case, please contact me at wbesen@truthwinsout.org. If these “moral” scolds want to play politics, they should also pay taxes.
On a lighter note, it was amusing to watch the media whore, Rabbi Yehuda Levin, beg to get his mug on The O’Reilly Factor. Have you ever seen a more grotesque appeal for media attention in your life?
Take this “rabbi”:

What do they mean when they say they “banned voting, supporting or honoring any politicians who support the homosexual agenda?” Who must follow this ban? Is it just the rabbis of the “Rabbinical Alliance of America” who must follow this ban or their congregants as well? I’m confused. So if someone from their one of their congregations votes for said politician, are they ex-communicated (or the Jewish equivalent)? How will these rabbis find out? As far as I know, no branch of Judaish has the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Well, THIS Jew speaks out. But then, I have never had much love for the black-hatted patriarchy. The whole Ultra-Orthodox movement was started as a reaction to liberal Jews during the Enlightenment who wanted to explore secular culture from a Jewish perspective.
These are the kind of people who move in such an extreme sectarian fashion that they have former members now deemed “too liberal” who, only decades before, were leaders of the community.
Even a great many Orthodox in America – the “Modern Orthodox” – are accepting of gays. NOT “tolerant,” accepting. NOT “love the sinner hate the sin,” completely accepting, not seeing our love for one another as a sin.
So THAT is cause for hope.
I assume these guys know that the southern baptists and other right wing christians think they are all going to hell. I guess all haters will accept help from other haters if both sides hate the same scapegoat, even if the haters still hate each other as well.
So, like, do these guys have stones in their pockets so they can follow the Levitical command to stone us to death? In which case they aren’t that different from the Seven Mountain Dominionists.
