We need G. Takei to reminds us to laugh even in the face of all the hate bills this country is sprewing, what we all have to realize is that homosexuality has been around before this country even existed and longer even then these man made religions too. So I know what will be around at the end of time, I just don’t think america or religion will be up for that journey now tell me who will have the last laugh.

Every time Takei speaks out on these things, I love him just a little more.

I propose that we take this wonderful stand one step further…
Send a message directly to the Governor of Tennessee

I suggest either a polite letter about your views on this bill – In my opinion not only is it oppressive it also goes completely against our right to free speech.

or you can buy an “It’s okay to be Takei” button/mousepad/etc and send it to him. I’d love to see his desk covered with rainbows.
