It’s time for our government to investigate the “ex-gay” deathstyle. Too many of our gay brothers and sisters are being harmed by this quackery. Some get rich while many others get depressed, frustrated and even commit suicide. There is nothing Christian or moral about this greedy, money-making fraudulent activity!

I have to confess I could not watch this series after the first few minute of the first episode…. My pro-equality Republican dad, who lives across the country, was also watching CNN and became so disgusted he too turned away and called me instead. We were on the phone brainstorming how we can help stop these evil people, and for my dad bring testimony into the GOP. But we also agreed we can’t watch anymore right now, just too upsetting.
I’m writing this to express two things:
1) thanks for being able to face down these disgusting pigs, i don’t know how you do it.
2) many gay people grew up with loving and accepting parents who never tried to “change” us. such loving parents–like mine i am blessed to say– are still in the fight for us. that too needs to be remembered.

I could barely watch, the whole thing was so disturbing, afterwords I just went and listened to Lou Reed’s “kill your sons”
