Linda Harvey doesn’t like the “It Gets Better” campaign because it correctly identifies people like Linda Harvey as the root cause of the attitudes that create the climate that gives kids permission to bully gay kids, by modeling the adult, religious version of bullying for them. Quoth the twisted bigot:

He’s an activist, been around for years. This It Gets Better campaign is a video campaign that a lot of the leftist politicians including our president have jumped on board, so have some celebrities. It’s supposed to encourage kids, that’s great. Encourage kids, say, you know if you’re having trouble, you’re getting bullied, you feel despaired, don’t give up. That would be a worthy goal if they stop there. But no they tag on to it approval of homosexuality and the implication that anybody who objects is just like those bullies out there and they’re leading you or others into suicide. That’s just wrong, it’s evil, it’s dark, this Dan Savage has already come out attacking my friend Peter [LaBarbera].”
Boo hoo. Linda Harvey will go to her grave fighting for the freedom to bully gay kids, because she is one of “those bullies out there.”
When are the religious bigots going to give up and go back to their pews where they are wanted. No one in secular society sees these people as anything from a pain in the a*s to dangerous for our representative Plutocracy. This woman must have some serious psychosexual problems if she is beating up on gay kids.

sexual identity may be just that, but too much emphasis is place on the sexuality of the point! It is to indicate and inform of ones natural inclinations not only a way that they may show affection or love to another. being bi,homo,lez,trans,or something that we do not know yet is not only a “sex” thing. It is an orientation ,a cultural difference in the human nature…and it does not always become defined by sexual activity….. please become educated!

I hope she and her equally rotten bully friends have enough human decency to feel totally ashamed of themselves one day. They will be among the little villains of history, as surely as the anonymous white parents who yelled insults at black teenagers for daring to go to the same high schools as their children.

She’s just pissed that her ability to openly bully others who will not follow her straight-laced agenda is being compromised. She’s afraid that her point-of-view and dreams of an exclusively heterosexual world will be completely shattered one day…..that one day, she will be seen for what she truly is: sad, pathetic, and ridiculous.
