For some reason, seeing that photo made me think of a certain character from the Wizard of Oz and it works for the caption:
“Just try and stay out of my way. Just try! I’ll get you, my pretty, and your little dog, too!”
Alternatively, the Wizard:

If they all hate government so much, why don’t they just stay the hell our of it. That’s like us wanting to be hired by a corporation (because they’re ‘evil’) so we can destroy it from the inside–and *admit* it!
