They are all smiling because they believe they deserve greater rights than you and I do. Of course, if the tables were turned, we’d never put their rights to a vote, because we have character.
A few minutes ago, somebody posted this picture and quote on Facebook, and I’m not sure how new/old it is, but it so simply encapsulates the worldview of the people in the above video [click to embiggen, of course]:
[h/t Joe for the video]

Why are the guys hiding behind the woman? Isn’t that against the fundo-biblical world view?
It seriously saddens me to see all these poor, uninformed members of a non-thinking generation/s. Marriage may be considered an institution to some (to me it’s more of a legally binding contract) but all institutions change, look at christian churches on a global scale, look at school systems on a global scale, look at the very ideae of democracy, freedom and cultural differences in most of the western world. All could be called institutions, and all have changed over the last 1000 years… sadly, change has yet to come in marriage, at least all the change that’s needed…
And since this is my first ever comment here, let me just say thank you for your work TWO!
All animals are equal. But some animals are more equal than others.
Minnesota used to be one of the most progressive states in the nation. Go figure.
I like that one woman: ” I think every Minnesotan deserves (hold you breath people, it almost sounds like it’s going to be about equality) a vote on the issue.” What f*****g issue? You want to vote on the issue of whether your fellow citizens should be your legal equals, you know, having the same rights as you do under the law. Sure, let’s f*****g vote to make sure that not all of us do.
And they don’t even spell Minnesota town names correctly. Nitwits.
