Since you’re all anxiously awaiting the report of John Becker’s exciting chit-chat session with Marcus Bachmann this afternoon, here is Michele’s new campaign ad, where she basically says everybody else sucks, she is awesome, the end.

So. I am completely dumb founded by the fact that Michelle Bachman, due to the fact that she is a white woman riding the coat tails of white heterosexual christian privilege has the audacity to propose the complete dismantling of everything that myself and all the veterans that came before and after me have sacrificed for since the inception of this nation.
She is perpetuating the same systemic issues that precipitated the circumstances that necessitated the suffrage, civil rights, and most recently, gay rights movement. By her attempting to garner an alliance with those individuals that built the power paradigm that we all suffer oppression under at this current moment in time, and in all honestly have been suffering under since the dawn of this country: the white, christian, heterosexual male, she is willingly placing every other person under the category of “other” and “abnormal.” And she is obviously doing so with only one idea in mind; her own advancement within this meritocracy we call democratic capitalism.
I can’t seem to get my head around the fact that since she is a tax attorney, she should be relatively smart. But as I listen to her espouse this sort of rhetoric if come to the understanding that she is not really smart, but is just able to ingest and regurgitate information at will, much like the laws and tax codes. Which would lead people to believe that one of the only reason why she is perpetuated these kind of tirades is because it is in her, her husband’s, her business’, and her business’ client’s best interest.
She seems to be presenting herself in a very narrow light, and the light that I see is that she is for the complete raping of not only our country for all of its resources (raw materials and labor) but also of the rest of the world.
So my question comes to this; what next Michelle Bachman? What happens when everyone has been raped and you can’t take anymore? Are you the next in line for the process of objectification, commodification, consumption and discarding?
She’s delusional. Years of denial must be getting to her.
Don’t vote for any of these ‘moderates’. Choose the TRUE bigot, Michelle Bachmann.
Absolutely! I wish Michelle would get this nomination. Best thing that could happen for progressives in general and LGBT people in particular. You go Michelle! (And make sure we get to see a lot of that butch husband of yours too!)
Ah, so that’s why her hubby called John Becker for the $150 missed appointment fee — it’s a campaign contribution to run this ad!
Still, the problem with Bachmann of course, is that she thinks she has every answer to every issue, and it’s found right there in her faith and interpretation of the Bible — and that there is no other possible answer. Alas, a “true conservative” couldn’t possibly vote for her — for she is going against the clear Bible injunction of woman speaking about public policy and politics, and in fact, talking about anything but her kids and husband. She is thus the immoral harlot, and somehow, that doesn’t befit a president.
And she seems unaware that there is a Constitutional prohibition of religious tests for office — and she’d have to give one to all she might appoint to be “True conservative” as she declares herself to be — but rather she seems a dangerous radical with a lack of understanding about the fundamental law of the land. Ergo, unfit for office.
Meanwhile, she’s an economic illiterate — for she wants to balance the budget, she says — but yet round up 10,000,000 of us gay folks and incarcerate us on the public dime forever at a cost of 100s of Billions in lost economy, lost taxes, and increased public expense. Ergo, she’s a radical anti-liberty woman with no clue as to the true costs of her stated policies.
Other than that, she’s just quite a silly gal who is just as dangerous to the nation as many a “progressive” who seems to think they too have the one and only one answer for all the nation’s ills. Egad, I face socialists and theocrats, what a time in America.
