The point is that the more that courts actually have to rule on the quality of the bigots’ arguments, the more they lose.











I’m very excited about this one. I anticipate the 9th Circuit will concur with the lower court’s ruling. Correct me if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t that make gay marriage the law of the land throughout the 9th Circuit, ie Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Montana, Nevada, Hawaii, Guam and the Northern Marinaras?
