Yeah, that was brilliant; it summed her up perfectly.
I think Sarah Palin ignoring the gist of Matt Lauer’s question (he asked for a show of hands and she just started babbling) was just her way of advertising herself as a possible host on OWN. Her followers wouldn’t be disillusioned; they accept everything like a cultist accepts failed prophecy.
Meanwhile those followers actually think the dressing room banter was real and Lauer was actually outraged at the intrusion.
