You guys! This girl, like, can’t stand the gays and stuff and she thinks it’s, like, so silly that President Obama supposedly changed his mind on marriage equality after talking to his daughters [that's not what he said at all, of course, but wingnuts, young and old alike, aren't so good with the comprehension], but the worst part is that YouTube keeps flagging her videos as hateful. It’s not fair! As Gabe at Videogum said:
It is just another instance of the LAMESTREAM media trying to shut down powerful, hate-filled, adolescent, conservative voices.
That is totally what this is! So here, 16 year-old girl with a vlog about “the liberals” and “the gays,” you are being censored no more! Mocked? Perhaps.

I was more interested in what appears to be a poster behind her with an underarm deodorant stick holding an American flag. Hmmm What do her fellow citizens in Wingnuttia think of that?
If she doesn’t hate gay people why is she spewing vile religious, anti-gay rhetoric?
OMG!!! Really little girl, kids are better off with whomever give them love, support, understanding, and to teach them respect the next person as you would want them to respect you. Traditional marriage went out the window a long time ago. Over 50% of marriages today end in divorce and this is what im suppose to believe that straight people got a handle on everything and what you choose is what im suppose to just take your word for it and thats that. BS a bunch of BS. This is suppose to be Land of the Free, free speech, free to choose how we live our life, who we live our life with and have the same rights as any and everybody else. My kids have opened my eyes to a lot of things that i was just dead set against and the President is no different. This should not be such a major argument or decision. This country cant argue about the bible and the law just to suit their needs and what they FEEL is right for everybody else. Personally i wouldnt give a flying frogs a*s who got married to who. If that person makes you happy and you love them with all your heart and want to spend the rest of your life with them….in marriage…then what the hell is the problem??
She is going to be so disappointed when she isn’t hired by Glenn Beck TV upon graduation, if one can actually graduate from a home school.
I speak perfect english but can’t understand her accent. What is that? Oh right, spoiled white privilege. Call me when they wake her up out of the trance.
This child did not express a single idea that was her own; every word she said was right out of the Wingnut Manual for the Suppressing of the Faggots.
Honey, you’re sixteen. I can assure you that you know NOTHING. I suppose you will end up going to a “Bible college” somewhere, because if you go anywhere else where they expect you to actually THINK, you will flunk out on your little bigoted a*s so fast you won’t know what hit you.
Blatant Theocracy
“I want to live my life according to God’s Holy Scriptures, and I want America too also.”
That stuck out to me as well Straightgrandmother. The selfish little *** isn’t content to live her own life as she wants, she want’s to force others to live according to her desires as well.
“I want to live my life according to God’s scripture and I want America to do the same”– says Bible Barbie
This girl is young and dumb still and while obviously she’s been successfully indoctrinated to spew the hate of the religious right…they forgot to tell her NEVER to flat out state the cults TRUE AGENDA as she did above.
This youngin’s not ready for prime time just yet…she’s still got some work to do although she seems to have mastered the art of the eye-roll. I didnt realize they were teaching gay-hate in the valley these days.
The right wont be happy until everyone drinks the Kool Aid
what that little girl, and others like her don’t seem to realize is, if we were going by bible for the definition of traditional marriage, she’d have been sold for two goats and a cow a few years ago by her loving family, to some old guy who’s previous wives only gave him daughters… or maybe they would have sold her into slavery to pay for the seed for their crops after a couple of bad years when they couldn’t afford to keep feeding her…
if people want to go to the bible for ‘tradition’ and morals, they should read the whole thing, not just the few parts that people like to use for their various agendas. Context is important, no matter how much “conservatives” would like to deny it.
Darlene, it’s very simple – people like this girl will yell all day long about ‘traditional values’… as long as *their* rights – even if they’re completely non-scriptural – are maintained. Confront them with verses that would restrict THEIR rights, and they’ll start backpeddling like mad with phrases like ‘You’re taking it out of context!’ and ‘We’re under grace, not law!’ and so on.
They just want the ‘special right’ to discriminate against Gays and Lesbians, and will prop up their discrimination with scripture, while ignoring any verses that affect them.
Another same-sex marriage opponent who has nothing but the Bible as her platform. How can I take tany movement seriously when it’s entirely rooted in fundamentalist religion? This is a political issue, give me a political argument. I don’t care what the Bible says. When I want to hear both sides of a debate about immigration or national debt, it’s possible for the parties involved to actually stick to politics; but not when it comes to gay rights or abortion rights. The absence of a secular opposition proves to me that these are one-sided issues.
LOL! The look on her face has that “please take me seriously” on it. Sorry petite enfant but your book of babbling phrases do not trump my rights. And if you want to live in a theocracy I would be more than happy to purchase you a one way airline ticket to Iran. Coach of course…
I kinda feel bad for her.
No, not because she’s getting (rightfully) piled on for her abhorrent “views”.
But because she’s been obviously brainwashed into believing that b******t.
Here’s hoping she can shake off the shackles of religious thinking, and become a productive citizen.
Christian homeschooling has turned her into the perfect religiot. No wonder the wingnuts all love her.
Someone go out and cut me a switch off that tree…..
Is this little t**t somehow relevant? I can just see her sitting with all those redneck adults including her parents and soaking up all those talking points like the screwed-up sponge she is. Honey, get some of life under your belt before you think you really know what you are talking about.
While she is clearly parroting what she has been taught~ aren’t we able to challenge her without attacking her? She is still a 16 year old girl and while many may disagree~ there is an intelligent way to challenge her without attacking, insulting or calling her names. We can do better. Let’s take it up a little higher please. She is a kid and perhaps someone articulate and thoughtful can reach her. Or at least try in a way that is not so harsh. We’ve all become so mean spirited in the US vs Them culture war. Its ugly no matter who’s doing it. We need a game changer and a much better approach in my opinion.
Lisa has a point. Let’s not become like the Christians, who threatened to do disgusting things to Jessica Alquist over a banner.
…and called her things that would not be acceptable in more refined social circles (and they still consider themselves the paragons of morality).
Being mean spirited on either side of the divide accomplishes NOTHING- it only proves how ugly people can be no matter which side they are on. What happened to kindness and civility? Agreeing to disagree but still being able to respect one another? It may sound “old fashion” but I kind of like that approach.
On my FB Page ~ Blake J Askew agreed with “Being mean spirited on either side of the divide accomplishes NOTHING- it only proves how ugly people can be no matter which side they are on. What happened to kindness and civility? Agreeing to disagree but still being able to respect one another? It may sound “old fashion” but I kind of like that approach but then Blake said -
” I do feel drawn more to the feelings of the gay community because they have had to cope with so much s**t thrown at them that it’s totally understandable that if you push against someone and oppress them , they will push back eventually” .
And I said, “I know and agree Blake, but it is reaching an all time low and getting a little scary “out there”. We all need to pay close attention and watch our words and the tone we use to express our feelings. Sometimes the best weapon is to come up a little higher. I know it’s been a long hard, difficult and painful battle but we will not succeed at anything if we appeal to the lowest common denominator. We will simply cancel each other out with that approach. Perhaps we can lead by example. Just a thought.
One of the people I find doing that a lot these days is Rachel Maddow- I’m really digging her these days. A Time profile called her a “whip-smart, button-cute leftie.” It said that she radiates an essential decency and suggested that her career rise might signify that “nice is the new nasty.” I love it Nice is the new nasty!!
Just a thought everyone! ☺ xoxo Love, Lisa
Im sure she will show up on the 700 club talking about how mean the gays and liberals are to her…enjoy your 15 minutes…
and also I wish someone would break it to them that “lamestream media” isn’t nearly as cute and clever as they think it is.
Jim, unless you’re a billionaire or a wall st. trader why would you think Romney would be better for your money?
