   I’m fairly dour but this sketch actually had me laughing. I mean does this guy ever get to listen to or watch himself on You Tube? And those kids in the background? Are they wannabes or background singers for Up With People or what? You can’t make this stuff up.

    Dear Lou,

    can you put some flesh on this proposal?

    I suggest a kind of earn-out limit here. Defined targets for example, not 100,000 all at one time, but over 3 years seems reasonable. In the circumstances, let’s agree 20,000 as a minimum in the first year and 50,000 in year 2. No penalties in the first six months but on a rising monthly scale thereafter for however long the number remains below 100.

    I think this is a reasonable contract since it is has power of God on oneside and He never lies or makes promises He can’t keep.

    Consider this just the Heads of Terms and we can work the USD$ amounts later.
