“Persecuted by the mainstream media”? Why do religious people think they can spout off their batshit beliefs and think theirs aren’t subject to the marketplace of ideas just like everyone else’s? They assume special privileges are their due. Their arrogance and hypocrisy is breathtaking.
And frankly Oprah has a lot more common sense in her little finger than Kirk’s capricious, vindictive, schizophrenic buybull gawd Yahweh.
Does Dr. Cameron believe the government is responsible for defining what a family is and who is allowed to raise children? Is he pushing for laws that require joy, forgiveness and faith? Is the U.S. to be governed by the Bible? Has he not read the Declaration of Independence?

He’s a “celebrity” in the world of Christian movies. He was in those “Left Behind” movies and that “Fireproof” drek.

Christians have enjoyed centuries of unearned, undeserved privilege. All they had to do was say “God/the Bible says” and that pretty much ended any conversation and they got their way. Now that it’s being challenged they think they’re being persecuted.

The anti-gay pressure group NOM screams about freedom of conscience and speech. Yet, on their website, they disable ratings and they must approve any comments before they post. This, more than anything, tells us what their real agenda is.
