Oy.
Briefly:
1. The “politically correct” meme is tired. Fundamentalist Christians’ rights are not and never have been threatened in this country. What they’re feeling right now is simply a transition into a nation where they don’t occupy an unspoken and undeserved pedestal anymore and simply have to learn how to live equally with others who are different from them. It’s hard, but they’ll manage.
2. What on earth do religious people’s beliefs about life after death have to do with this? Moderate and progressive religious people also have beliefs about eternal life and whatnot, but whether or not you have revenge fantasy beliefs about hell or not, I’m fairly certain that you can’t take your MSG-laden Heart Attack On A Bun With A Side Of Waffle Diabetes with you.

Dan Cathy can build a Chick-fil-A in San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf just as soon as Muslims can build a community center in lower Manhattan!
What the bigots don’t understand, is that for consuming chickens that were tortured in factory farms, they are all going to go to hell, and get pecked mercilessly throughout eternity by those same chickens, whom the devil is resurrecting to get vengeance on the bigots.
Now where else in the world do people trample on individual rights and freedoms all in the name of religion? Hmmm.
If those people were real christians they would have taken the money they spent on crappy food at chic-filhate and fed a starving child in africa. Nowhere in the bible did Jesus mandate being a right-wing republican a*****e
Didn’t Jesus say something about visually assaulting people with bad colors and fonts in graphics?! I’m sure it’s in the Bible, along with his opinions on homosexuality and which fast fooderies to patronize.
My eyes!!!
The politically correct meme is not only tired it is incorrect in this situation. Being politically correct means one has to conform to the political view held by the majority in power or one’s life and/or career might be blighted. If these people claim they’re the majority that keeps winning the vote every time same sex marriage comes to a vote, just who is being “politically correct” here?
