So Entertainment Tonight asked First Lady wannabe Ann Romney to name her favorite TV show. And guess what? Romney, the wife of GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney (you know, the guy who terrorized his gay classmates in prep school, blocked the publication of an anti-bullying report because it mentioned bi and trans students, and has displayed a shocking level of contempt for LGBT families), responded that the show she loves the most is none other than Modern Family. You know, the hit comedy on ABC that follows the lives of three families, including one headed by a same-sex couple? Yeah, that Modern Family.
When the show’s executive producer, Steve Levitan, got word of Romney’s remarks, he tweeted this in response:
Brilliant. As of this writing, Ann Romney has yet to respond to Levitan’s offer.

Also – in her RNC speech, didn’t Mrs. Romney claim that she had a “real marriage” ? As opposed to what – other Mormons who are polygamists? What was she getting at? Mitt’s grandfather who hd several wives? Was this some slam against gay citizens who are married? She needs to clarify her remarks ASAP, otherwise the “you people” of this country will have to assume that she’s simply an ignorant bigot and that’s not a platform ANY rational U.S. political party should take.
