Good lord! In that one black & white ad, it's as if they're trying to do to Randy Thomas what Wilson-Phillips was doing to Carnie Wilson back in the day, in their music videos and photos.

I honestly don't believe Alan and his "wife" have EVER had sex; they are both in this for the money IMO. I don't buy the excuse that she's unable to have children either. Give me a break, she's more of a man than Alan ever will be.

The fact that he's president of Exodus is such a joke. The man is twice as vain than most queens I've ever met, yet a vulture is more attractive than he is. He believes once you go bald, you are unattractive to gay men - which is very untrue. In HIS case, it is - with his crow's feet, fake blue contacts and all.

Personally, I'm more attracted to the bald/shaved head look (Steve Wilkos!), than some young guy with a headfull of hair sticking every which way.

He's pretty pathetic to believe gay men can't have a relationship unless it's with somebody who embodies youth. It goes to show what type of men he's into.

I fear for those adopted children of his, if one of them is a boy. His teen years will be a nonstop shouting of "close the bathroom door!", and "go away, I'm trying to change clothes!".

To answer the question, no, I don't believe Alan will ever marry a man, because he's too haggardly for his target desired guy. He would be single forever, just like those morbidly obese Shallow Hal gay men, who won't settle for anything less than a 21-year old Abercrombie model.

"It is a counterfeit. It is something that meets a need for a while. And if you know anything about counterfeit money, I worked in a bank for a period of time; really good counterfeit spends for years."

That could be an apt description of a heterosexual marriage by a gay guy who has entered the marriage in a desperate attempt to conform to a heterosexual "norm".

No really you guys, it’s true. We’ve all missed the boat on this one. Alan Chambers knows best about our relationships:

"They're never going to find what God really intended them to have in the arms of another person of the same sex or in a relationship with a person of the same sex. It is a counterfeit. It is something that meets a need for a while. And if you know anything about counterfeit money, I worked in a bank for a period of time; really good counterfeit spends for years. I think that's really the essence of the homosexual lifestyle"

Yes, he says he is attracted, and I pointed this out in my previous comment. But a statement like this:

"I love my wife. I am attracted to my wife. We have been married nine years."

Doesn't prove anything to me.

To be fair though, he is attracted to his wife. He even says so:

"(on camera): This is kind of blunt, but I mean, I'm curious, do you like girls now?

ALAN CHAMBERS, PRESIDENT, EXODUS INTERNATIONAL: I love my wife. I am attracted to my wife. We have been married nine years.

TUCHMAN: Are any feelings toward men still within you? Do you feel it could come out again in some way?

CHAMBERS: Well, again, I don't think that I will ever be as though I never was. You know, certainly I'm human, I could be tempted by a homosexual thought. I could find myself...

TUCHMAN: That doesn't go away?

CHAMBERS: It hasn't gone way 100 percent with me."

I feel sorry for him. He says he's found the love of his life, but I really don't believe it's true. I believe that he can love her deeply and dearly, but I don't think that it is truly the most fulfilling for him. Not to say that a marriage can only be its "deepest" only if intercourse is involved. But that being said, it is the fullness of love - romantic, friendship, AND erotic - that makes a partner so desirable, that you'd do just about anything for them because you feel so connected on every level and love them so much. But don't take my words as gospel, I'm still soo young and have far to go and much to learn. This is just what I've felt and observed in my short life.
